We will have a medical bus staffed with nurses and doctors to assist with:

Diabetes Screening (A1C)

Cholesterol Screening (Blood Test)

Vital Signs

Blood Pressure

Depression Screening

Heart Disease Assessment

 

The medical screening is first-come, first-served.

 However, you can let us know what time you hope come, below.

Dental Services

We will have a dental bus staffed with dentists and hygienists who will provide:

Dental Screening

Extractions (if needed)

Cleanings

Fillings (if needed)

   

Register in advance for dental services.

If you're not present at the time of your registration, the slot will be given to walk-ups.

Walk-Ups can wait for an open slot day-of, but service is not guaranteed.
